At Nov'in, the focus is helping a 12-person team move from reactive development to outcome-focused iteration. Day to day: organisation design, delivery cadence, and turning code quality from policy into a living team practice. Also picking up what hardware development actually entails after a career in software: new technologies, new processes, and a different set of failure modes.

On the side: light advisory at Grinta as the team navigates its next chapter, co-hosting Lyon.rb, and prepping a "Context Engineering" talk for Caen.tech, BreizhCamp Rennes, and Tech Work Lyon in June.

Reading lately to understand myself better through biology: Sapolsky's Behave on what drives behaviour, Lieberman and Long's The Molecule of More on dopamine and wanting, and Sinclair's Lifespan on aging.
